I'm Francisco Cobos.

Throughout my career, I have worked across operations, logistics, technology, hospitality, marketplaces, and international TravelTech ecosystems, usually in environments where business, complexity, and execution constantly intersect.

My path has never been particularly traditional, which probably explains why I developed a broad interest in organizations, systems, and how they evolve over time.

I am especially interested in the intersection of operations, product, technology, leadership, and systems thinking grounded in real-world experience.

Most of my writing stems from years spent observing how people, organizations, and systems behave under complexity, uncertainty, and scale. I am fascinated by the gap between how things appear to work and how they actually work.
